Absolutely delicious.. This is one of my favourites.. Not kidding.. But really what isn’t good when it has bacon.. Since I buy the rissoto all the time, all variations, cos they are delicious, satisfying meals (I get 2 meals out of them).. Tarn has asked if there are any other flavours I would like her to make.. I honestly can’t say.. Cos they are all great and if you ever wanted to add more. Its not hard to do it.. I have plans of mushrooms n onions all butter cooked and thrown thru one day.. In the meantime.. I haven’t bothered cos there is everything you need in the meal.. Cannot fault any of the meals… Yes I have tried others.. But risotto.. Is that not THE Perfect comfort food ha ha
